Schools and Neighborhood Action Team (SNAT) is to ensure all students in WCCUSD, especially low income, English language learner, foster youth, special education and homeless students, and their families have access to a healthy and equitable education. This includes not only the necessary elements for student achievement, but for schools to act as healthy environments.

Economic Justice Action Team’s (EJAT) is to create an employment and business environment that brings growth and economic vitality to the region, and building the capacity of residents to take advantage of employment and other economic opportunities.
